Ikatan Sarjana Wanita Indonesia ( ISWI ) pada, Senin (16/05) merayakan hari jadi yang ke -66. Berlokasi di Jalan Sumenep, no.17 Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. Memperingati Hari Jadi Ikatan Sarjana Wanita Indonesia ke-66, ISWI Bersinergi & Berkolaborasi Untuk Negeri, rabu (18/05)
Acara dimulai dari pukul 10:00 pagi yang dihadiri oleh mayoritas anggota ISWI dan para tamu undangan yang terdiri dari koordinator perencanaan Ditjen tanaman pangan dari kementerian pertanian.

“Acara hari ini dalam rangka memperingati hari jadi ISWI ke-66 sekaligus halal bihalal yang selama pandemi hanya dapat dilakukan secara virtual saja,” ungkap Dr.Ir.Retno Sri Endah Lestari, MSc, PhD .
“ISWI saat ini beranggotakan lebih dari 6000 anggota yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, minimal pendidikan S1 dan berlatar belakang dari berbagai multi disiplin ilmu oleh karena itu.
Organisasi ISWI tidak bisa disebut organisasi profesi karena didalamnya terdiri dari berbagai macam profesi,” jelasnya lebih lanjut
“Program yang berlangsung saat ini, ISWI bekerja sama dengan Ditjen tanaman pangan kementerian pertanian Republik Indonesia untuk mengembangkan bagaimana cara budidaya gandum di dalam Negeri.
Penyiapan benih, teknologi budidaya, teknologi pengolahan makanan berbasis hasil tanaman pangan, dan peninjauan pasar” jelas Dr.Ir.Retno Sri Endah Lestari, MSc, PhD
