Aduuh, Pusing lagi. yang di tertibkan para pedagang. Wakil Ketua Asosiasi Pedagang Kaki Lima Indonesia (APKLI) Kota Tangerang Abu Salam menilai Pemberlakuan Penerapan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat atau apapun namanya, tidak jelas penerapannya.
Kami ini mencari makan untuk keluarga, lalu Trantib dan Pol.PP tidak memikirkan pendapatan Rakyat. Pasalnya, tidak ada sosialisasi terkait penerapan PPKM Darurat kepada para pedagang kaki lima (PKL) khususnya pada pedagang yang berjualan di Kawasan Kuliner Pasar Lama Kota Tangerang.
“Engga pernah (sosialisasi) , kalau memang mau membuat kebijakan, kalau enggak mau dikaji ya buka ruang publik biar ada solusinya. Jangan tiba – tiba ngasih kebijakan tapi sosialisasi tidak, pemberitahuan tidak, tapi tahu-tahu ditutup,” kata pria yang akrab disapa Abuy saat ditemui bantenpro.id di GOR Tangerang, Rabu (21/07/2021).
Abuy mengungkapkan, aturan PPKM telah membuat 25 persen PKL Pasar Lama harus menutup usahanya lantaran kehabisan modal mempertahankan usahanya. Dia mengatakan, penutupan total Pasar Lama itu hanya dijadikan tolok ukur pemerintah dalam penertiban aktivitas pedagang pada masa PPKM Darurat di Kota Tangerang.
Menurutnya, Pemerintah Kota Tangerang hanya sebatas menjalankan kebijakan saja tetapi tidak ada solusi untuk rakyat yang terdampak. “Pedagang Pasar Lama yang paling menaati prokes dari awal pandemi tapi dari aturan yang pernah dilaksanakan pemerintah yang diikuti pedagang tidak ada solusinya,” ujarnya.
Abuy mengungkapkan, penerapan sidang tindak pidana ringan (tipiring) kepada pelanggar PPKM Darurat pun dinilai sangat merugikan masyarakat khususnya para pedagang. “Itu banyak yang kena itu. Saya sudah pusing, pemerintah membuat aturan semau-maunya mereka,” ujarnya. (henry/tr/bpro)
