Bamsoet: Sukseskan Gelaran MotoGP, IMI Siapkan Dua Kapal Pesiar dari Bali ke Mandalika

Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Ketua Umum Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) Bambang Soesatyo mengungkapkan, selain menyukseskan penyelenggaraan MotoGP 2022 di Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit, di Lombok, NTB, rabu (09/02)
Melalui jalur teknis seperti penyediaan marshal, tenaga medis, dan hal lainnya, IMI juga akan membantu mensukseskan event bergengsi tersebut dari sisi transportasi dan akomodasi. IMI akan menyiapkan dua kapal yang digunakan untuk membawa penonton MotoGP dari Bali ke Mandalika dan sebaliknya.
Kapal pertama menggunakan Kapal pesiar Ro-Ro Premium, KMP Dharma Kencana VIII, sebagai floating accommodation yang dikemas seperti Cruise. Kapasitasnya mencapai 600 penumpang. Kapal tersebut pernah dijadikan floating accommodation selama sebulan dalam perhelatan PON XX Papua.
“Pengguna Kapal pesiar Ro-Ro Premium, KMP Dharma Kencana VIII juga bisa mendapatkan paket IMI MotoGP Cruise, 4 hari 3 malam. Meliputi akomodasi, transportasi laut, transportasi darat, plus tiket nonton MotoGP”, katanya Bamsoet.
Kapal akan berangkat pada 18 Maret 2022 dari pelabuhan Pelindo Benoa, Bali menuju pelabuhan Pelindo Gili Mas, Lombok. Kapal kemudian bersandar di Pelabuhan Pelindo Gili Mas pada 18-20 Maret 2022, penonton menginap di dalam kapal. Kembali ke Bali pada 21 Maret 2022,” ujar Bamsoet di Jakarta, Rabu (9/2/22).
Ketua DPR RI ke-20 sekaligus mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI ini menjelaskan, kapal kedua menggunakan fast boat, yang bisa mengantarkan penonton MotoGP dari Bali ke Mandalika dengan rute pergi-pulang dari Pelabuhan Padang Bai, Bali ke Pelabuhan Gili Mas, Lombok. Lama berlayar sekitar 80-90 menit, kapasitasnya mencapai 150 penumpang.
“Karena rutenya pergi-pulang Bali – Mandalika dalam satu hari, maka paket yang disiapkan adalah IMI MotoGP Mandalika ‘N Beyond, 4 Hari 3 malam di Candidasa, Bali. Pada 18 Maret 2022 penonton MotoGP terlebih dahulu check in di Candidasa Bali”, katanya.
Kata Bamsoet, Tanggal 19-20 bisa menyaksikan Qualification Day dan Race Day MotoGP dengan menggunakan fast boat, PP dari Bali menuju Lombok. Tanggal 21 Maret 2022, penonton check out dari Candidasa Bali.
Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar sekaligus Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Keamanan dan Pertahanan KADIN Indonesia ini menerangkan, kedua paket tersebut sangat menguntungkan penonton. Sekaligus bisa memberikan multiplier effect economy yang besar, baik bagi masyarakat Bali maupun masyarakat Lombok.
“Kedua paket tersebut semakin membuat penonton memiliki banyak pilihan akomodasi. Sekaligus sangat dibutuhkan untuk menyukseskan penyelenggaraan MotoGP. Mengingat penonton MotoGP ditargetkan mencapai 100 ribu orang”, ujarnya Bamsoet.
Sementara jumlah kamar hotel dan penginapan sejenisnya di Lombok masih terbatas. Data Dinas Pariwisata (Dispar) NTB, jumlah kamar hotel di NTB, baik hotel berbintang maupun hotel melati sekitar 19.000 kamar. Jadi masih butuh ratusan ribu kamar lagi
